Mohammed Al Amin Sambou, is the current CEO of Emarat Gold SL Limited and LuxGold Resources, he has an extensive knowledge in Banking, Construction, Commodity Trading and Mining and Mineral .
He studied at the University of The Gambia, he was Africa Manager Sunworld Mining Company, a subsidiary of Union Group Holdings Limited.
He later became Deputy Director of Ordiamex International S.A, Company that has its engagements centered on Bauxite, Iron Ore, Diamond and Gold with presence in Guinea Conakry, USA, Dubai and Canada.
He also oversees the daily administrative operations of the Company at Management level and act as Secretary to shareholders and the Executive Board.

Famara Singhateh
General Counsel & Head of Corporate Affairs

Famara Singhateh has more than 20years experience in Law, Banking, Insurance, Emerging Economies, International Organized Crime, Anti Money Laundery and Debt Recovery.
He has worked at a reputable Law Firm (A-Law) in Brussels, overseeing the whole West Africa Region.
He singlehandedly established FBN Bank, subsidiary of (First Bank Nigeria) in The Gambia from formation of the Bank to overseeing the stable operation and growth of the Bank in The Gambia, he held several key positions from being the First Country Head of the Bank to Legal Affairs to Human Resources and Chief Anti Money Laundering Officer .
He has extensive studies both in Gambia and the Netherlands.
He annually contributes to the World Bank, doing Business Report since 2019
He is the General Counsel of Emarat Gold SL Limited and LuxGold Resources, he is responsible for the legal regulations, go to advisor for the CEO and the Company Board, public policy, Tax work and Ethics

Beran Lowe has more than 30years experience in Accounting, Business Management & Administration, Finance and Project Management.
He extensively attended Metropolitan College UK(Birmingham City), University of Worcester , London School of Business and Finance, Birmingham City University and Worcester University.
He has worked in several reputable institutions in the UK and will act as Senior Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Emarat Gold SL Limited and LuxGold Resources on a personal level .
He will oversee the future plan projects of the Company as well as plan projects that the company will explore to further maximize the growth and the Asset portfolio of the Company

Malick Jarju

MALICK Jarju is a Chartered and certified forensic accountant with over 12 years work experience in accounting and auditing. His professional experience is cross-cutting from Education , Aviation , Marketing, Mining and Oil and Gas industry.
He was an accountant for Al Najma Al Bortkally Marketing Management LLC for 2 years the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
He also served as the Finance Manager of Crossbreed Holding Company LTD, a company specialized in aviation consultancy, procurement, travel, and oil and gas in the Gambia.
He holds the Chief Internal Auditing positions at Emarat Gold SL Limited and LuxGold resources Limited.

Pouyan Ghadimi
Head of Sales & Assets

Pouyan Ghadimi, has Masters in Law from Catholic University in Leuven, Belgium. His expertise is centered on Law, Sales & Marketing, Lobbying and Mineral Assets Monetizing.
He previously worked for IKEA Furniture Company, as Customer Service Manager in Brussels, Belgium.
He spent 14 years working at Bailiff in Belgium and an extensive experience in Mineral Asset monetizing. He has mediated more than USD$4 Billion worth of Assets on Trading Platforms, ranging from Gold, Diamond and Ruby minerals.
